When you join a KFA Outdoor Circuit, you’re stepping into a session built on discipline, teamwork, and results. Here’s how it runs:
Warm-Up & Briefing – We’ll get everyone moving and run through the plan so you know exactly what’s coming.
Military-Style Circuit – A mix of strength, cardio, and team-based challenges designed to push your limits and build resilience. Expect equipment carries, bodyweight drills, and functional movements — scalable for every fitness level.
Teamwork & Motivation – You won’t be training alone. The group pushes together, with ex-military coaches keeping you accountable and focused.
Cool Down & Debrief – We finish as a team, with stretches and recovery to set you up for the rest of your day.
⚡ Sessions last around 1 hour. Come prepared to work hard, have fun, and leave stronger than you arrived.
