This includes data collected through PT Distinction, Google Meet (via Cal.com), and email.

Technical & Usage Data:
IP address, browser type, time spent on our website, and pages viewed — collected via Framer (our website host) and Google Analytics.

Marketing Info:
Data from email interactions (e.g., opens, clicks) managed via MailerLite.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data to:

• Deliver your fitness and nutrition coaching programme

• Process payments and manage subscriptions

• Communicate updates, reminders, and support messages
