We want you to be confident in choosing Knight Fitness Academy. This policy outlines how refunds work depending on your plan, usage, and trial eligibility.
1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are based on plan type, service usage, and your timeframe of cancellation.
Bronze Plan
No free trial
One-off and monthly payments are non-refundable once access to the plan is granted
Gold & Platinum Monthly Plans
Include a 7-day free trial
If cancelled within the 7-day period, no payment will be taken
If you cancel after the trial but within 14 days of your first payment—and have not completed a full check-in—you are eligible for a refund
Gold & Platinum 3-Month Plans
No trial period (discounted one-off payments)
Refunds available within 14 days only if no check-in services have been used beyond the initial consultation call
2. Check-In Usage & Refund Cut-Off
Refunds will not be granted if:
You’ve completed your first formal scheduled check-in (via Google Meet)
You’ve already received a fully custom plan based on personal feedback
Initial consultation calls (Gold/Platinum) do not count as full check-ins and won’t affect your refund eligibility.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund:
Email contact@knightfitnessacademy.co.uk with your full name, plan type, and purchase date
Include a brief reason for the request
We’ll review within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days via Stripe
4. Non-Refundable Items
Refund requests made after 14 days of payment
Plans where coaching services or scheduled check-ins have already been delivered
Promotional packages or discounted plans (subject to the same rules—no special exceptions)
5. Trial Cancellations
If you cancel your Gold or Platinum monthly subscription during the free 7-day trial, you will not be charged.
