Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 23, 2025

We want you to be confident in choosing Knight Fitness Academy (KFA). This policy explains how refunds work depending on your plan type, usage, and eligibility for trials.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds are determined by your selected plan, service usage, and cancellation timeframe.

Bronze Plan

  • No free trial

  • One-off and monthly payments are non-refundable once access to the plan is granted

Gold & Platinum Monthly Plans

  • Include a 7-day free trial

  • If cancelled within the 7-day period, no payment will be taken

  • If cancelled after the trial but within 14 days of your first payment — and no full check-in has been completed — you are eligible for a refund

Gold & Platinum 3-Month Plans

  • No trial period (discounted one-off payments)

  • Refunds available within 14 days only if no coaching services or check-ins have been used beyond the initial consultation call

2. Check-In Usage & Refund Cut-Off

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • You’ve completed your first formal scheduled check-in (via Google Meet, booked through Cal.com)

  • You’ve already received a fully customised plan based on your feedback or progress data

Initial consultation calls (for Gold and Platinum plans) do not count as full check-ins and do not affect refund eligibility.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@knightfitnessacademy.co.uk with your full name, plan type, and purchase date

  2. Include a short explanation for your request

We’ll review your case within 3 business days and process approved refunds within 7 business days via Stripe.

4. Non-Refundable Items

Refunds cannot be issued for:

  • Requests made after 14 days of payment

  • Plans where coaching services, check-ins, or follow-ups have already been delivered

  • Promotional or discounted packages (including 3-month bundles) once activated

5. Trial Cancellations

If you cancel your Gold or Platinum monthly subscription during the 7-day free trial, you will not be charged.
