Welcome to Knight Fitness Academy (KFA)! By accessing or using our website and the online coaching services provided by KFA, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services. Our services are intended for healthy adults aged 18 and over.

2. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of changes by posting the updated Terms of Service on this page and updating the effective date. Your continued use of our services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

3. Use of Our Services

KFA provides online fitness coaching, including pre-built and custom training plans, nutrition guidance, habit tracking, and check-ins (via email and scheduled video calls), delivered through our website and third-party apps including PT Distinction, Google Meet (via YouCanBookMe), and MailerLite.

You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. You agree not to:

• Violate any local, national, or international law or regulation

• Restrict or inhibit anyone else’s use of our services

• Use any robot, spider, or similar automated system to access our website

• Introduce viruses or harmful software

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Disclosing any medical conditions, injuries, or limitations that may affect your ability to participate in our coaching programs

• Ensuring you have the necessary equipment, internet access, and third-party apps (specifically PT Distinction and Google Meet) to participate in coaching and scheduled check-ins

• Following our coaching plans responsibly (KFA is not responsible for injuries caused by improper execution)

• Completing a digital waiver before plan access begins

5. Account Registration

To access our services, you must register by purchasing a coaching plan (Bronze, Gold, or Platinum). You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information

• Maintain the confidentiality of your login details

• Be responsible for all activity under your account

Plan access begins once your waiver is completed and onboarding is initiated.

6. Payment and Billing

Our services are subject to fees based on your chosen plan:

• Bronze: £40/month or £100/3 months (no free trial)

• Gold: £100/month or £270/3 months (7-day free trial on monthly plan only)

• Platinum: £150/month or £405/3 months (7-day free trial on monthly plan only)

You agree to pay all applicable fees via Stripe, according to the billing terms at the time of purchase. Prices are subject to change with prior notice.

7. Cancellations and Refunds

You may cancel during the 7-day free trial (Gold and Platinum monthly plans only). You may request a refund within 14 days of payment, as long as no check-ins have occurred beyond the initial consultation.

Bronze plans do not include a trial and are non-refundable once access is granted.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content (text, graphics, logos, training plans) is the property of KFA or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may use your coaching plan for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written permission.

9. Disclaimers and Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties. We are not medical professionals. Coaching plans are not substitutes for medical advice. Consult your doctor before beginning.

KFA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the last 3 months.

10. Coach Qualifications

KFA is led by Mark Cade (former RAF ICT Technician) and Alexander Chedid (former RMP Military Police), both with 8 years of military service and CIMSPA Level 2 qualifications. We provide structured, professional coaching informed by military experience. We do not offer medical or therapeutic services.

11. Third-Party Services

We rely on trusted third-party platforms to deliver our services, including:

• Stripe (payment processing)

• Framer (website hosting)

• PT Distinction (coaching plan delivery and client management)

• YouCanBookMe (booking and scheduling check-ins via Google Meet)

• MailerLite (email automation and communication)

Use of these services is also subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless KFA, its staff, and affiliates from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or breach of these terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
